Shipping for European Wholesale Orders

Shipping arrangements are quoted for each wholesale order according to the products, quantity, destination and requested delivery schedule.

Order Processing

Production and processing begin after the order details and payment terms have been confirmed. Estimated lead times are provided in your quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery Methods

Depending on the size and destination of the order, delivery may be arranged by parcel, pallet freight, air freight or sea freight. The selected method and shipping cost will be confirmed before dispatch.

Customs, VAT and Import Charges

Customs duties, import VAT and local handling charges depend on the destination and agreed delivery terms. Any applicable responsibilities will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking or shipment documents are provided when available. Please check the delivery address and contact details carefully before confirming the order. Address changes or cancellations after processing has started cannot be guaranteed.
